Meet your teacher, Sebastien Simon
Hi, my name is Sebastien Simon, a Certified Sommelier, Spirits Specialist and Beer Aficionado with over 19 years’ experience.
I am originally from a small village called Gevrey Chambertin in Burgundy, France, where they make some of the best wines in the World. Now I call New York City home and I have taught thousands of students over my 6 years in this city. It has become one of my true passions to help people learn about Alcohol Everything.
I started this school for one reason—to help you learn everything there is to know about Wine, Whiskey, Beer, Mezcal, Sake, and more. I put all my 19 years of industry knowledge into these courses and I am ready to share it with YOU!
